Allegro at Foothills Gateway – 4411 E Chandler Boulevard, Phoenix – $639 – 1,085
This is the perfect place to call home and allows you to leave behind the stress of your everyday life. Come home to a serene lifestyle that also happens to be located next to just about every local amenity you could hope for. Seriously, within reason, I can’t think of a single thing you could need that’s not nearby.
Within less than a mile from your apartment, you’ll have a Trader Joe’s, excellent restaurants — my favorites are CK’s Tavern & Grill, Bell’ Italia Pizzeria, and Mr. Chao’s Asian Bistro, Sonoran Hills Dental, Family Vetcare of Phoenix, day spas, salons, churches, pediatricians, a bike shop, a yoga studio, a home cleaning service, and so much more.
Lindsay Palms – 2855 E Broadway Road, Mesa – $630 – 1,070
This resort-style community offers luxury at its finest. These apartments are incredible and have more closet space than you can imagine, huge covered patios and balconies, 9-foot ceilings and gas fireplaces, full-sized washers and dryers, nickel-finished lighting, and two-tone paint in a great tan color with white trim. Additionally, you wouldn’t believe how much shade is on the grounds of the complex. If only there were a 24-hour fitness center, pool, and spa… oh, wait, there are.
Nearby, you’ll find superb restaurants, auto maintenance, a Starbucks, groceries, schools, parks, bookstores, banks, and even a movie theater.
Village at Lindsay Park – 1411 S Lindsay Road, Mesa – $549 – 1,050
With incredibly spacious 3-bedroom units, these apartments are plush. The fitness center is like nothing I’ve ever seen before and the pool area is beautiful. They also have some of the best office staff in existence that actively works to make sure your needs and requests are met.
Less than a mile from your apartment, you’ll find several great restaurants, a Starbucks, grocery stores, shopping, bowling, and a couple of banks.
Regardless of which of these apartments you choose, if you need a luxury rental in Phoenix, place these complexes high on your list. Visit each of the three and try to figure out which one you like best — it’s hard to choose.
